SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation

Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) is committed to supporting Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6 – Clean Water and Sanitation, which aims to ensure the availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all. Access to clean water is fundamental to health, wellbeing, and sustainable development. At UniMAP, we continuously strive to promote water efficiency, prevent pollution, and safeguard water quality across all campus facilities.

Through collaborations with government agencies, research initiatives, and campus-wide awareness programs, UniMAP integrates sustainable water management practices into its operations and education. These efforts include water conservation campaigns, infrastructure improvements, wastewater treatment initiatives, and the adoption of technologies that enhance water use efficiency.
