8.2.9 Employment practice labour rights

 According to Section 4(1)(q) UniMAP Constitution - pdf page 8    and Section 7 Statutory Bodies (Discipline And Surcharge) Act 2000 [Act 605 ] - pdf page 8 Subject to the provisions of this University Constitution, the University shall have the power to appoint and promote employees of the University and to consider appeals from any person aggrieved by the exercise of such power to appoint and promote.
