According to UniMAP Constitution, stakeholder engagement allows the University to share concerns, exchange knowledge, and develop mutually beneficial outcomes. UniMAP is committed to building effective relationships with stakeholders and working collaboratively to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

In line with Malaysia’s policy on academic freedom, UniMAP has introduced four career tracks for academic staff of all grades, allowing them to choose pathways that best suit their needs and interests.
